DESCRIPTION
keyboard_arrow_downUn dôme de verre orange, posé en surplomb sur une tige métallique légèrement déportée, forme la seule masse colorée de ce lampadaire de salon. Le corps est en métal, l'abat-jour en verre. Les dimensions sont de 29 cm de large pour 160 cm de haut, et l'ensemble pèse 8 kg.
La source LED développe 6 W pour un flux annoncé de 1000 lumens à 3500 K, un blanc chaud, avec une efficacité de 100 lumens par watt et un indice de rendu des couleurs de 80. Le luminaire accepte une gradation et se commande par interrupteur. Il fonctionne de 85 à 265 V, pour une durée de vie annoncée de 50 000 heures.
Dans un salon, ce lampadaire champignon se place derrière ou à côté d'une assise. Le déport du dôme permet d'amener la lumière au-dessus d'un fauteuil sans poser le pied devant. Le verre orange filtre la source et donne un halo chaud, plus coloré qu'un abat-jour blanc à température équivalente.
L'orange est ici la teinte du verre lui-même, pas une peinture de surface : la couleur reste lisible lampe éteinte et se renforce une fois allumée. C'est une couleur d'accent, qui se pose bien sur un fond neutre, murs clairs et mobilier sobre, et plus difficilement dans une pièce déjà très colorée.
La gradation change nettement l'usage : à pleine puissance, les 1000 lumens couvrent un coin lecture ; réduite, la lampe devient une simple source d'ambiance en fin de soirée. C'est un point qui distingue ce modèle des lampadaires à intensité fixe, qui imposent de choisir entre les deux usages.
La hauteur de 160 cm place le dôme au-dessus du champ de vision d'une personne assise, ce qui limite l'éblouissement direct. L'emprise au sol reste contenue, 29 cm de large, ce qui autorise une installation entre deux meubles ou dans un angle.
Le verre se nettoie avec un chiffon doux non pelucheux, lampe froide. Le métal se dépoussière à sec ou avec un chiffon à peine humide, sans produit abrasif. Les 8 kg répartis sur une base basse suffisent à stabiliser l'ensemble, mais le déport du dôme déplace le centre de gravité vers l'avant : il vaut mieux vérifier que la base repose bien à plat, sans tapis épais d'un seul côté.

The three legs fit into the central plate, the cable runs up the shaft, and the socket connects to the top of the arm. The trickiest part is adjusting the height on adjustable models, which requires tightening the locking screws firmly to prevent gradual sagging.
